"We came into the store on west 11th knowing knowing a general idea of what we wanted cash in hand, but we were met wi9th the worst customer service I've ever received in a mattress store before. The blonde woman and the larger dark-haired man we're very rude to us. I was very surprised how stand-offish rude and uncomfortable everything was in the store. They didn't have all that many options of bed frames did I was looking for. The setup in the store is very crowded and cumbersome. Most of the beds are set up so high that you can't sit on them to try them out. When I told him and I was uncomfortable with how he was talking to me he basically escorted me out the door and said you can shop somewhere else then. I was very nice and polite the entire time and I attempted to try and engage by asking questions and they did not seem very accommodating. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and the prices in the store are quite high in comparison to other stores. I rarely ever leave any feedback anywhere and I felt really compelled to do so this time. That dark-haired man made me feel so uncomfortable"
