"Amazing people! I had originally ordered a matress from wallmart online, and it was not up to par and came in the wrong size. I went into the mattress company by Valley River and was given great help and advice! I was working on a tight budget and was in need of a bed asap. They helped me find a great one in my budget! The excellent service doesn't end there. When I got the mattress home, I realized that I had measured my old mattress wrong. I had purchased a full and needed a queen. I was beyond frustrated at myself and in a tough spot with the whole situation. I called them and explained the situation. I was prepared to bite the bullet because of my mistake and to have to pay a lot more with needing a bigger size and potential restocking fees. I was met with nothing but care and compassion. They were able to get me a mattress of better quality, a size up (queen vs full) for 100 dollars more. And to top it off They were able to bring it to me same day and didn't charge me a restocking fee. I was expecting to pay 300+ dollars more after fees and the size up. Amazing company that cares about their customers. Would recommend 100 times over to anyone I know buying a mattress and will be going back myself the next time I buy a mattress. I can't say it enough; great company, great value, and amazing customer service 10/10!"

"Buy at The Mattress Company!!! Any place else is a waste of your time and money. The salesman, Nathan Torbet, knew exactly what mattress I needed by listening to me. I asked a lot of obscure questions, I had a lot of eco-friendly mattress concerns, I had a lot of pain complaints, and I was very obnoxious and downright impossible! He knew his stuff and directed me to an awesome mattress! Best sleep ever!!!!"

"Best possible experience! Not only do they have an awesome selection, the customer service is as good as you can get! Daisy was so helpful, but no pressure, she made it a super easy and enjoyable experience to find the right mattress. The delivery guys are so kind and do a fantastic job as well! There was a tiny tear in the corner of the bed base we had ordered (which was most likely the manufacturer’s fault, not even there’s) but they were so quick and kind about getting it fixed and making it right as soon as possible. It was great experience from start to finish! This is the place to go if you are in need of the best night’s sleep!"
