Paul was very helpful and getting the second chair ordered for us, as well as being kind enough to pull the couch off the floor, to save for us, when we had to go home and remeasure our space before purchasing it :) Will definitely be our first stop for furniture next time"

"Super low key sales person. Never felt pressured or felt like he was hovering. I was the only one in the store, too. His name was Duncan and he was amazing! Many years ago I I bought something there that I thought was less than great and swore I would never go back there. And I actually didn’t for probably 20 years maybe longer, I came in spur the Moment because I’ve been searching for a dresser for months and thought I’d just give it a try. And I am so grateful I did, and it will not be the last time I buy from you.!!!!!"

"when my couch got delivered the first time they couldn't get it to fit, but we could swear that the couch would make it in with a bit more effort. well, the guys on the phone were very accommodating and redelivered it, sending two extremely energetic and competent young men (one of whom i learned was the grandson of the owner). and they sure tried their best! in the end the couch was too big (our mistake and wishful thinking, we really loved the couch) and they kindly took it back and are working with us to find something that will fit through our stupid entryway. 10/10 customer service, will continue to patronize this business"

Good variety of in-stock furniture to see and try, good quality, no high pressure, and affordable prices. Once the chair was selected, a delivery date was set. Ultimately, delivery and setup went very well. And I love the chair! Will return if need furniture again and I am happy to recommend Rife’s to others."

"We were surprised at the vast array of furniture they offered as we walked in the door. You name it, they have it and at very good prices. We were looking for a dinning room set and they had a large number of options to choose from. We will be back soon to take home a set, I’m sure of it. Give yourself plenty of time to look around. We were there for 45 minutes and didn’t see even half of it. It’s like telling your kids we will be taking you to Disneyland for the afternoon. Staff was very helpful but also gave us plenty of room to explore on our own."
