"Stopped by for propane and grass hay. The man filling the propane cylinders said that I was "lucky" to get propane, pointing to the truck loaded with stove pellets parked full broadside in the parking lot. This maneuver left only the farthest three spots open, so I had to hike my two cylinders over. I went inside to pay to be told to come back later for the grass hay, because of the truck needing unloaded. Incredibly poor service, definitely choosing business operations over customer service. Not coming back to this place, they can do better. Two stars only because I liked the farm cat."
"First, the selection was awful. No good food, supplies, equipment for much of anything. Whether it’s dogs, horses, farmers, equipment, the selections was next to none. Secondly, I’m disabled and have a service dog. I haven’t seen this cashier before, but she had a service dog “in training”. She told us it was highly dog aggressive and it needed to stay in the kennel COVERED. This is completely unacceptable. A service dog cannot be aggressive or reactive to the point it has to be removed. It also cannot task while in the kennel, especially COVERED. I have agoraphobia which is essentially the fear of new places that may cause anxiety. I even have PTSD from dogs attacking my Service Dog. So please. Whoever is the owner or manager, please review the ADA, state laws, and county laws on service dogs and aggressive dogs. This is not okay. I almost had a medical episode being in this store. This could’ve been a liability."
"Small friendly lil country store where most everyone knows everyone . Friendly employees.clean. they serve ice cream cones with many flavors to. Choose from and u could even get a pizza there and they will cook it for you. Nice store"
"Would have given 5 stars, staff was friendly and they sold me something they had in stock by accident for far below it's actual price. But I also purchased a 10 cubic ft bag of pine chips. After driving 45 minutes home, I discovered the bag was full of moisture and mold. I removed the bad the best I could and used the rest (had no choice as I had already discarded the old bedding). Hope it was just a fluke. In the future I will make sure what I get is dry.."
"A true help when you need vet products quickly. This store has always been a dependable resource for me with my animals. Everyone here has always been kind and helpful to me. They also have many items I need around my home , farm and garden."
