"Customer service is their top priority. We had a rather large project that got a little complicated so there was plenty of opportunity for them to say well, it is what it is. They did not. They immediately drove some baseboards out to our house when the first set were not the right ones, helped coordinate with installers when things got off schedule, covered some of the miscalculations from the installers, helped me load up more baseboard with 0 notice, and took care of any returns when the project was finished. I have an extreme aversion to 1/4 round and was able to not have to use it for our project. I could go on. Things happen with remodeling but LL was helpful whenever we had to reach out. It was so refreshing to have the team at LL going above and beyond exceeding our expectations. We had 850 sq' tile removal and CoreLuxe Waterproof San Fernando Hickory Vinyl Plank installed on concrete foundation."

"The guy who helped me was really nice and professional he spent a lot of time explaining to us about the product, after I bought the flooring on the phone I kept asking for an invoice they kept saying we sent it to you , I checked my inbox iwas not there , I asked almost 3 times but didn’t receive it , I figured out that they had my constructor email not my email , then I asked them to change it and put my email , the girl on the phone she said she sent it again to my email but she didn’t , she was worry maybe I will see the contractor invoice even I’m the one who paid the money and grabbed the contractor to the store , but they didn’t want to show me the invoice , I don’t care about the disco My you’re giving to the contractor , after that I believe they created one special invoice for me and asked my contractor to send it to me"
