"The fabrication side of the business is a five star shop! The other side where they do the cnc water table cutting gets a big fat ZERO stars. I took a small project in on Monday paid for it in full and said I'd return on Friday. Friday is here I show up about 9:00 am and my parts haven't even been started, so I say I'll be later in the afternoon. Get there at 2:30 still not done. The dude tells me the parts need cleaned up and 6 holes drilled in the 2 pieces. I ask him how long thinking he may get right after, nope he says I should be done by 5:00. Needless to say they've lost a customer that pays in advance."
