"Great Staff. I haven't shopped there very much, but they remember me when I come in. Much of their gear is oriented toward law enforcement, gunbelts, holsters and ammo pouches. But they also have very high quality Molle backpacks. At first I thought all those Molle loops were an affectation, but they turn out to be very useful. As an aside, it seems the 5.11 name comes from a rock-climbing difficulty index. Funny, because they don't carry rock climbing gear. Still, a great store."

The Defender Flex jeans are my favorite jeans on multiple levels. I get an average of 5 years out of a single pair with heavy use. Hands down the most versatile, comfortable, and durable jeans that have been worth the cost— especially when you buy them on sale. If you need gear that holds up well in the field or at home then they’re worth it. This is a solid location for people in the greater Portland area."
