"They close at 5:00, got there at 4:10, couple people in front of us for piercings, immediately we were greeted by the lady that wears the glitter stripper thong as a mask rudely with “what are you getting”, we said ear piercings, then she said “well how many”, I said one and my mom took one second and said 4 for sure, the lady then demanded “how many are you getting?!” , I again said one and my mom again was going to say 4 but the lady then demanded “how many?!”. Already we were turned off but my mom really wanted to get hers done and heard great things about this place so we stayed. Waited about 25 minutes and other customers were treated kindly while me and my mom were talked about as if we weren’t there. Other customers were told we “snuck in” despite it being about 4:25, and the “walk ins welcome sign”, we were also told to keep the door locked so others don’t do the same. If you have store hours keep to them. If you get later walk ins, either say you don’t have the time and to come back or go by appointment only. No point in being rude to the customers willing to pay for your service who falsely heard good things."

"This was one of the worst piercing experiences I have ever had. I really seemed to like the lady who did my piercing at first because I came here 3 times. However, the third time I came to her shop I was shocked to say the least. My friend and I came to this shop to get a quick and reliable walk in piercing. If I would’ve known what would’ve followed this decision, I would’ve drove the 30 mins to Medford’s Body Mod. Up to signing the papers and getting everything ready all seemed good; however, this would shortly change. When we were taken back to get pierced my friend was awfully nervous and genuinely begged for the piercer to give her a second to collect herself and be prepared (my friend had made herself nervous by looking at the needle). The piercer told her no and then continued to just pierce her. My friend then flinched just a tad due to the pain but DID NOT jerk her head at all. The lady proceeded to say that she pierced her wrong and needed to redo it and proceeded to blame my friend as well. She gave my friend very little breathing room in between the piercings and pierced almost the same spot when she said she wouldn’t. As I watched her pierce my friend more thoroughly, I was astounded to see that the piercer was not even looking at my friends ear!! Nonetheless that she was free hand piercing the helix while not looking at what she was doing! I thought this nightmare was going to be over and I felt dearly sorry for my friend. However, I was up next. I couldn’t have imagined what was going to happen. I was pretty nervous about getting my septum done; however, I had full faith in the piercers ability to do her job correctly. This was until she started with the clamps. She told me my septum was deviated and that she had to pierce it a specific way. I jokingly asked that there’s no way she would mess up on my septum and that she would take her time and be thorough. She agreed and I felt relief. I let her do her job with extremely minimal movement (I typically freeze when the needle gets close). She proceeded to pierce me and the pain was extremely minimal!! I thought I was lucky. Boy was I wrong! While it took her an awfully long time attempting to put the ball onto my jewelry I began to feel light headed as she was tugging relentlessly for minutes on this freshly pierced septum ring. I asked her to please back up and give me a minute as I proceeded to lose my hearing momentarily and throw up. After feeling a tad better and taking a moment to contain myself I received the most dreadful news. She said, “oops I pierced it wrong. It’s gotta come out and be repierced”. At this point I was terrified. I begged and pleaded if there was any way we could just leave it. She swore there wasn’t and proceeded to take out my jewelry. She then gave me about 2 minutes to sit with a tissue on my septum and then instantly went right back to pierce it again. This time however she did not get my sweet spot and nicked my cartilage causing tremendous pain and discomfort. With no time she was already putting in the jewelry. She then proceeded to put in EXTREMELY SMALL jewelry. However, at this point I did not want anything else being done to my septum and accepted the small jewelry. I do have more scar tissue now than necessary. The septum is cute and I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be completely straight or not but it is not which is unfortunate. I very much do not recommend coming here for serious piercings. If it’s for your lobes or something smaller then by all means i’m sure this place is more than qualified. However, if you’re not willing to be potentially pierced wrong or repierced then do not come here. Especially for bigger more serious piercings."
