"Customer service is never the slightest concern for this pharmacy. 60% of the time they are completely incompetent, and about 90% of the time they are absolutely rude. WG is also one of the most expensive pharmacies in America (always within the top 3 most expensive for any drug on the market). There are plenty of other pharmacies, don't waste your time or money on this one. The management at this store is some of the worst you will ever find."
"I was in your store 2 days ago. While I was shopping I couldn't help but hear 2 female employees in the back joking around and laughing . I was in the store for almost 1 hour, they never came out to work and continued to laugh and play around. All the while there was 1 young man working the register and doing what he could by himself between helping customers and working the register.. I thought you should know because this is so inappropriate for a work place. No one should be left alone in the front by themselves when a store is open. You have 2 employees you are paying to work and they are not working."
"I have had the BEST experience with this pharmacy! They are very organized, efficient, helpful, and kind. I am so impressed with them! Not only were my prescriptions filled immediately after being sent in by my doctor, but they found my insurance information in their system easily (and I had never filled anywhere there before!). The workers are generally cold, not friendly, not helpful, etc."
