I showed up 5 minutes before the shop opened and was 3rd in line (the shop operates on first-come-first-serve basis). You can only pay with cash. "Have been a patron here on and off for 8 years. It's my barbershop when I live in Portland. And when I don't and am just passing thru town, I always make it a must to stop by. It is a one chair shop, and Pat, as the owner/barber is the man you will be dealing with. He's a multi sport fan that can talk to any person about any subject, and it's that character that keeps the shop lively. His client list is numerous, and it is wise to go on a day that you have extra time to kill so as to make sure you get a haircut, as his now limited hours are filled very quickly these days. If it's your first time, Pat also makes sure to out forth the effort to get to know you and make you feel welcome. Best barber in town."
