"Completely hacked my hair, jagged and uneven after I asked for very specific trim of square cut layers. I tried working with it and can not. I lost a least 2” in some places, perhaps more. I tried discussing it and was questioned after asking for a refund. Why hadn’t I said anything at the time? I couldnt tell and was in shock. I thought maybe the styling was just not to my liking. I was also told I was very clear in what asked for. No refund, no appology, no offer if anything. We all know how long it takes to grow out a bad haircut.
