"We ordered 4 screens which totaled 550$. Two of the screens they measured and dropped off were the wrong size. They were supposed to pick up the screens the following week to fix them and never showed up. After calling them they finally showed up the day after. The screens were okay after they fixed them, just a serious lack of communication is unprofessional."

"I went in to get a chip filled after waiting for them to get their product for the service for a week. I was told by a lady with long blonde hair that the chip had already been filled and that she could see burn marks, so they sent me away. I ended up retracing my steps and making sure my mechanic didn't do this, he assured me he did not. So I give them a call and let them know it indeed hadn't been filled. The lady, same one that looked at it, was super rude and condescending over the phone and in person, insisted that she was right, but then said I guess we can look at it tomorrow because they didn't have the product!! Poor customer service, rude and condescending. I will take my business elsewhere. Wish I could rate 0 stars!"
