I showed up three minutes early for my 5 o’clock haircut time and the stylist has spent an entire hour cutting a five year olds hair at the West 11th in Eugene location I wanted to trim for 630 business dinner appointment. 63 minutes to cut a 5 yr olds hair? You need to go back to beauty school and start paying attention to how far behind you are with the rest of us"

"I brought my son in for a fairly simple bald fade with a hard part, my son’s hair is a complete mess the more she tried fixing it the worse it got. She was obviously frustrated with me when I asked her to try n fix it I was definitely way too nice considering we have important plans this weekend.I’m mostly bothered by her not being honest enough to just say this looks a little difficult I may not be able to fulfill your request!!! I had a feeling it wasn’t gonna work out when she kept walking away then cut her herself and left again. This was horrible customer service. I even tipped with NO THANK YOU in return…"
