"I really wanted to like this place but I left my pedicure with poorly shaped nails and the sides of my nails not painted. I think the guy who did my nails was new because he didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing— couldn’t get the clippers to cut my nails (still confused about this) or use the cuticle trimmer to properly remove skin around my nails so he resorted to filing them down? On some of my nails he ran the file over once or twice and called it good even after I asked for him to shorten them a bit more. I felt so bad for the man because he seemed so stressed and uncomfortable. Luckily someone with more experience came over to help."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Nails done by Jenny, whatever she did it made my nail beds burn for 45+ minutes after my nail appointment. I’m extremely unsatisfied with my set & the service given. I asked for cat eye nails and that’s not what I got at all. She also could talk to the guy next to her the whole time but not mw until she thought she could work a tip out of me! I’ll be telling all my friends HORRIBLE NAILS"
"Before posting a review I came back here a couple times for about the same set: a basic all black gel set. Nothing too crazy design wise, and I didn't get any extensions either time. The first time I got my nails done I was really impressed with the work and attention to detail (first picture, technician was a man named Tim I think?). The second two times I was a bit let down. I am pretty picky when it comes to my nails to be fair; but both times the topcoat or nail polish was uneven, inconsistent, or the cuticles were not fully cut. Furthermore, for some reason the gel sets I've gotten here don't last as long as others. After my last two appointments with Queenie, I found myself filing off the small imperfections that I could fix. Generally I want my nails to be really clean and carefully done, or I would have just done them myself at home. So overall, I'd say it depends on who your nail tech is. The quality seems to come out to average. Queenie was definitely better working with longer nails. The place in general is nice, clean, and spacious. They use new files for each client that you can take home and bring back for your next appointment/refill. There's usually spaces available in their parking lot which is very convenient."
"It was my first time here and I’m very happy with my experience. Vivian and Kyle both worked on my nails, and they did such a good job. They were really nice and they took their time and took care of my nails. I was nervous about getting this nail shape for the first time but i’m pleased with how they turned out!"
