"Kiasha did my hair and when i say she is amazing !!!! She takes her time washing your hair getting out any knots that she comes in contact with . She is super thorough & gentle throughout the whole process of getting your hair done. Her customer service was great as well she recommended some products & things i could do to promote healthy hair. Overall a great experience!!"

"The price is definitely good, but be careful who you pick. The staff tends to have conversations without being considerate of the people getting their services done. The way they talk isn’t always something you feel comfortable having to listen to. Gino was very rude and uncomfortable to be around. He makes a lot of really inappropriate comments, ranging from being down right rude to misogynistic. The environment in the studio definitely promotes his behavior. Keiasha was friendly, but the way she does hair is more the issue. Her parts are very uneven and will leave you with mismatch braids. Don’t request her unless you are willing to keep an eye on how your hair is being done. You have to look at what she does to make sure you can fix the mistakes before she goes too far. Definitely don’t request her if you have a child under 18."

"best service ever!!! i’m from the bay and far from my usual stylist and needed help ASAP! some of my beads came loose and Melody fixed it up AND found out why it kept slipping! amazing job styling it after, as well. the salon is beautiful and clean and the employees were sweet as well. will definitely be stopping by if i’m in the area again! thank you Melody and L&M for making me feel and look good!!"

"Kea did my waist line box braids and was amazing she was so nice and helpful. She shampooed and conditioned my hair so well and did a steam treatment/deep condition as well. She was so professional and treated me nicely. The parts were great, she made sure the braids were done well and dipped them, set them and put oil on my hair. Genie did great too and assisted with finishing braids as well. It was a wonderful experience. Nia was so sweet she helped finish braids for a bit as well. Management was on site and interacted with clients as well so I liked that too. Overall my experience was great. I’ll definitely be coming back & thanks again everyone!"
