"Went for cut & highlights - she put foils all over the top of my head (after mediocre cut) , I told her not to bother with the bottom of my hair as I did not have another hour (it already took 3 hrs)… just saw a friend (2 days later) who pointed out all the grey hair I had on top! Took a picture…my head is covered in white hair… the whole point of spending $185 was to cover the grey with highlights. I do not understand how this woman is in business.. I called her to try to get her to touch up my hair .. she hung up on me."
