"So dissatisfied! Got a basic pedi when I came for a deluxe. Once she sat me down, I saw chunks of skin all over the foot rests and had to ask that it be covered in a towel. She then let me know chair only half worked on 1 setting. 5 min into the service another worker came and sat in next chair with her iPad on full blast. 10 min of trying my hardest to relax over the noise, I politely asked if she could possibly please turn it down a bit. She only glared at me and did not turn it down at all. Basic pedi said 30 min, she rushed through in 20, dropping tools on the floor and the shellac light multiple times. $1.50 additional un-noted charge just to use a credit card. I've never left a bad review ANYWHERE but this could not go unspoken. This used to be my regular spot a couple years ago and so I thought I would treat myself as I was nearby but it has turned into a very loud, dirty, little dungeon that I will never return to. So sad to see a business decline so dramatically. Go anywhere else but here!"
"Not 45 min.. my left heel was not soft or smooth after my tropical pedi. Right heel fine. Massage was non existent. 57 plus 15 for gel. I've never had gel chip ... it's only been a couple of weeks."
"I have been going to luxury nail bar for over eight years and have used the same nail tech each time. Summer. She’s probably the only one in that place that knows how to do a great job and the only reason I’ve kept coming to this place. The last year they have switched to a cheaper brand of shellac. Each time I’ve gone in my shellac has only lasted a few days. The basecoat stays on my nail but the shellac peels all the way off. Which means I have to go back in there and have Summer fix it for me. She gladly fixes it however I’ve grown tired of getting my nails done just to come back. This is now the 3rd time this happening. This time my nails lasted 2 whole days. I’ve got 3 nails left with shellac on them. I called to get a refund as I’m tired of having to go back each time. I’ve got a family member in the hospital and no time for them to fix there problem. After talking to 2 people and getting hung up on they told me that this was MY problem and that it wasn’t there problem that I didn’t have time to go in and get them fixed. They claim that the owner already took the money so there was no giving it back. No refunds. Super disappointed in the lack of customer service not to mention they really don’t care. You lost a long time customer and I’ll be spreading that word around. Edited to add: I cant reply to the "managers" reply. But the day that I called I asked for the manager/owner and they told me that they have already left for the day and didn't know when they would be back. The person said that they had my information so they didn't need to write it down but they couldn't guarantee anyone would be calling."
"Sadly my technician was very rude from the moment she started. She wouldn’t fix the things I asked her to fix. The first time I asked her to shorten one of the nails she quite literally snatched my hand from across the table and proceeded to add the fill without making the nail any shorter. I thought okay maybe she will do it after the fill. While my hand left hand was in the light she was motioning me to do something I thought she wanted to see the picture on my phone again but then she forcefully grab my left hand from the light and slammed it on top of the light so she could compare the fingers. I’m very sad to be treated this way when I was nothing but nice. I should have left when she snatched my hand from across the table the first time. Then when she was doing the design my right hand the pinky clearly didn’t match so I asked her to add a little more and she rudely said put it in the light. I honestly think she was doing things to make the process more painful. She was very rough and had tub the side of my figure raw. It’s hard to tell in photos but a few of the nails shape look horrible. And almost all the figures tips are partially flat front the way she shortened the length but didn’t round them back out… the paint job looks okay from far away but they are all uneven because she wouldn’t fix the top parts on the right hand when I asked. My friend was getting hair nails done at the same time but sat across the building from me so we didn’t get to talk during it. But when we were finished I said ya know my tech was really rude to me and wouldn’t fix things that I pointed out. My friend said she had a similar experience and her nails looked so bad, I mean awful, she went to a different salon and had them completely redone. Also she had a lot of cut marks from the file machine. I only add her experience to show that it was only one staff member."
"Honestly for the price I paid I was extremely disappointed. I was very nice the entire time and I tried showing her what I wanted but she wasn’t very attentive. Me and a friend came together to get the same thing and for 2 different results. She said the lights where we were sitting made the pictures colors off, so I told her she can take my phone and look t it closely in a different light because I really wanted them that way. She said no, it’s okay. Ended up messing up and trying to make me feel like I told her the wrong thing. Even though I said multiple times what I wanted. I kept asking her to make it shorter and she was like not willing. I did get gel acrylics and ended up paying $45. Didn’t get my end result and instead of a beautiful ombré pink white, it’s jist all pink. And they aren’t straight ?? Like as soon a i left I realized they were cricked but I feel like she felt bad. So I didn’t want to make her more uncomfortable. Yes and she seemed rushed and just not interested in what I wanted. My thumbs are literally different lengths. The first picture is what I wanted and the rest are what I got"
