"I got the best haircut of my life with Genevieve! I have really thick hair that is temperamentally wavy. I went in asking for a wolf cut, but Genevieve asked a few more questions and ended up offering some advice about what might work best with my hair shape and texture. It was the perfect amount of expertise without feeling overwhelming or pushy. She never made me feel rushed despite my cut taking a bit more time—she even took the time to clean up my undercut lines.
