SmartStyle Hair Salon Pendleton, OR 97801

"I can say I haven't even had a haircut at this establishment, but I HAVE HAD 2 important experiences, for the consumer, w/ this establishment and I am already disappointed. I have been calling since 1pm to set up an appointment and STILL no answer. Will I leave a message, no I will not. For two reasons. One, I look on their website and see, they are open AND wait time is 0 min. Poor customer service, as well as giving Smart Style a bad name. Not answering their phones. Two - no one has called my daughter in law back since Friday and since early this afternoon, WITH her leaving messages and asking for a call back to schedule her daughter for a haircut. Poor customer service in a big way. No wonder I see their place empty most of the time. Thank you for well, NOTHING SmartStyle. I will continue to take my business out of town and support the businesses that know good customer service is the key to continue to have customers and well, repeat customers. P.S- In order for me to post this - I have to give them at least a "star" - Which, I don't believe this establishment deserves even that. Michelle"

"Amber does my hair now. I had a really bad experience in Hermiston where I had 2 different stylists doing my hair color. I was there many hours hours to get it fixed. They even brought in a district Mgr. to assist. I went to Pendleton and Amber restored my confidence in the services. Amber is top notch and she never fails to impress me with her skill. Sometimes I can't always get in right away since Covid but I schedule a couple of months in advance now and I get exceptional service!!"
