Mai Nail

"I went to get a pedicure and manicure. And when I went in there was only one employee working and she said she could only do my feet so I agreed. Then she gave me the menu and I wanted the deluxe and she said she could only do the next one down. And I asked for a design on my toes and she didn't do a very good job. Very friendly tho! She kept apologizing but things happen."

"If you are expecting quality- I highly suggest you do NOT go here! I went in with a full set of my nails done. They were very pretty because I had a Portland Nail Tech. I called the shop and asked for nails to be removed and polished after! It took twice the amount of time to remove my fake nails. The nail tech did NOT: file, shape, cut cuticles or do anything! She literally removed the fake nails, then added a clear coat of something and attempted to paint the black polish- if you look at the photos- my nails are awful- not because of fake nails but because the tech didn’t do anything to update after nails are off. 4:09PM later the girl who did my nails decided to call my phone and tell me how I needed to make an appointment- she then decided to text me phone! Absolutely unprofessional! She only got 1 star because I was required."

"Purchased 2 deluxe pedicures, a basic manicure, and gel manicure. The services were done by Mai and Rosemarie, who worked fast and were sociable. The towels and soaking water for the manicures could have been warmer, but overall it was a relaxing experience."
