I started having a mini panic attack after she placed tape around my eyes to prep for the lashes. I was unsure I was going to be able to make it through the appointment and started to take off the tape. She was so patient with me and never made me feel like I was wasting her time. She allowed me to call a family member and have them on speaker phone to calm my nerves. Then Joanne started my lashes after having to prep them a second time (since I interfered the first time).
