"Customer service was not good. Was in the store for over 2 hours trying to get someone to help me. One girl tried to help me after I stood in line and asked for help but she was more concerned with talking on the walkie-talkie to her co-workers about her break. than what I was saying to her and actually trying to help me find a product. While the other employee was busy spraying perfume around the store for over an hour. Absolutely sad when the employees care more about breaks and talking to each other than actually helping the customers in the store. I also noticed there were several other customers in the store that were all going through the same thing as me no one actually wanted to help them."

"Why offer curbside pickup if nobody comes out for over 15 minutes? I'll order from sephora abs just have it mailed to me from now on, that whole process was fine consuming and crazy and it's supposed to save time!!"

"I've always felt welcome in Roseburg Ulta, however, I was surprised by an employee that was intentional and unreasonably rude. He usually works at the brows and talks in higher tone, he's hard to miss. He talked to me first and just was very unnecessarily rude. I just would've appreciated if all employees treat the customers with the same regard as I've received in the past."

"I am devastated. I asked for long layers and about three inches off. My hair was so full and long and now it’s choppy and my ends are so thinned out. I will have to go to another stylist and get this fixed, probably will have to get even more length off of my hair. I don’t know the lady’s name but she has grey hair and completely soulless brown eyes. I am so completely upset and embarrassed. If you go to Ulta for a haircut ever, only request Terry. Edit - I had my friend fix it who has never cut hair before. It turned out perfect, especially compared to the licensed hairstylist’s job."
