"this is one of the only good places ive been to with a huge selection of hair products and colors! i was able to find things easily and employees have been amazing! ive only been in here a handful of times, the lady with an accent was extremely helpful! she suggested a good bleach and toner for my hair. she was a little intimidating at first but is actually very sweet:) the owner was there this last time i went in and suggested a few things like what a good shampoo and conditioner was for colored hair. he knows quite a lot. the prices were actually very reasonable so im unsure why some people are complaining lol. overal 100/10 and will continue to buy things from this place!:)"

"Great selection of supplies that can't be gotten elsewhere in town but oddly priced. Quality vs cost don't weigh out nor is there a consistent availability of many items. Store policy as far as no returns or refunds even when there is an issue on their end is disconcerting. Potential for error on checkout is highly probable especially when purchasing multiple items due to unknown pricing by employees, lack of advertised or posted pricing on many items, register is only an oversized calculator not a scan type point of sale and the physical counter is too high and very small leaving no room to be able to watch items be rung up. Employees are typically very polite, although not super helpful as far as product knowledge, how to, or even aware of product location in store. Definite A for effort implementing local availability for product type but between the limited days and hours they operate in addition to the consumer "not so friendly" shortcomings, you are just as well shopping online with one and 2 day delivery times paired with the extensive amount of information and opinions to be found online in searching for like branded and purposed products."
