"First time customer. I feel I received a very good cut! Yoom listened to what I wanted and looked at the pix I brought. It’s a short cut, very evenly and smoothly layered. The way she cut I felt she had total confidence in her skills, and that made me confident in her. That was comforting to me. I do have to say though, that I’m a shy and timid person. Yoom was cordial but I would have felt a bit more welcome if I had been greeted a bit more energetically. I guess though, I’m actually pretty glad she wasn’t overtly chatty either. It was a “get right to the point” kind of visit. I think that’s the reason I’ll come back. That, and the fact that she clearly has some mad skills."

"Excellent work! I took in a photo of what I wanted, and she made it happen. Plus, I was running late for my appointment, so I called to let her know. I asked if she'd like to reschedule, but she waited for me, and I was thrilled with the results. I will definitely be back!"

"CURLY HAIR BEWARE!! I have naturally curly hair and she does not know how to cut curly hair. I had to walk her through the entire cut step by step. Luckily I was able to do so because my late mother was a hairdresser and I know a lot of the lingo. I feel bad for anyone who goes in just trusting she knows what to do. While it isn’t exactly what I asked for, it was salvageable. My daughter went the same day and her hair is a disaster!! Her long curly hair has a literal shelf at her shoulders. She got color too and it was not what she asked for - she has 2 white blond chunks around her face while the rest of her hair is bright orange with white blond streaks throughout…it was supposed to be a lovely auburn with copper & blond highlights. It looks almost like a circus tent: red & white stripes!! And it cost her $300!!!"

"The environment was very nice. She accepted me as a walk-in which was great, because I decided to cut off my long hair, it needed help. All I can say is she did a beautiful job, my hair feels and looks great and neat and clean. And it’s giving me K-pop vibes which I love too."
