"The esthetician was nice, she was a good conversationalist, however… her technique felt rushed and very haphazard when dermaplaning. My face is cut up, literally. My chin, my forehead, the sides of my face. Pretty much everywhere she went there’s some scrape or angry patch of skin. And during the procedure the whole thing felt very careless and rushed. Also, the facial itself was incredibly lack luster in comparison to the other facial I got from a different place. My skin hated the products, I could feel the procedure and how many spots were missed. She didn’t really communicate to me what she was doing, didn’t really listen to my boundaries and didn’t pick up on my multiple indications of discomfort. I don’t want to give a lower rating due to how nice she is, but the procedure had awful results. Truly the worst thing I’ve let anyone do to my face. If I could get my money and tip back I absolutely would, and I’d probably never come back."
