"As someone with really curly hair, I've always been super nervous about letting people touch it. I've had so many botched haircuts that have left me quite literally in tears. I was really nervous to let someone new cut my hair and Laurie seems a bit frazzled at first. Really though, she's just got so many ideas going on in her head about how to give you the best experience possible. She tries so hard to make her clients comfortable. I am so serious, I have never left a hair appointment feeling this happy. I normally end up kind of sad and unheard but she listened so well and made sure I was happy with what she was doing. She gave me the best haircut I could have asked for and was MORE THAN reasonable with her prices. I would recommend her to just about anyone. I am so grateful to have met her, I am never going anywhere else!!"
