"Unfortunately, Dawn gave me a bad perm. I had some serious breakage in multiple spots down to the scalp leaving the top of my hair patchy. It's not my first rodeo, this was my 5th perm and this has never been an issue with my hair at other locations. I don't know if she left me to bake too long, if the treatment she used was too strong for my hair type, or what possibly could have been different this time around. I feel like I got lucky, it's been a week and the hairs are starting to grow in, but it could have been permanent if it damaged the follicles. Be careful."

"Dawn truly is the Queen of Perms. I went to her for my first perm ever and also a cut. I was a little nervous, but not too much because the many photos of her work on her website speak for themselves. (If you haven’t looked yet, you should!) I can’t say enough good things about the experience. She was friendly and fun, helpful and understanding when a problem with Apple Maps sent me to the wrong building, and just generally fun to talk to and spend time with. The service itself was fantastic, she’s VERY fast, but skilled enough that her speed doesn’t compromise the quality. She did a great cut very quickly and then right on to the perm. And now the best part, the RESULTS: I couldn’t be happier! It’s EXACTLY what I asked her for, just like the pictures I brought for inspiration. And my hair is naturally so stick straight, it looks flat ironed when it air dries. The cut, the shape, the wave, all absolutely perfect. Thank you Dawn!"
