"I will like to start this off with say that I've been coming here for six years. And I've never had such a horrible experience. The girl that I had doing my hair it was very sweet and wonderful. And I don't blame her for anything that happened because she was new to the floor And I know their students and they make mistakes. However Nancy should have been watching her and what she was doing. I'm going back to what I said I've been going there for years. And I have never not seen an instructor check up on the student. In the past I have always scheduled with very experienced students and the instructor has always checked on them once or twice throughout the process even with them being experienced students. And in my last visit not once did they come up and check on what she was doing to my hair. They decided that they were going to just chitchat the whole entire time and not check up on her while she fried my hair. I had shown them a picture of highlights and the coloring I wanted and I currently had highlights in my hair when I showed up to the appointment. I told her when I was getting my highlights(basically just my roots done) and I wanted them closer to the scalp. She said that she could do that and I had spoken to Nancy When the student got the OK to proceed with my appointment. I am so beyond mad to the point where it took me three months to write this review. I told them that I was not happy with my service and (they made me pay for it which I shouldn’t have ). I loved how my hair was before this appointment and I honestly just wanted a root touchup and highlights."

"Terrible terrible terrible. Worst manicure I have EVER had. My fingers were aching and bleeding when I left. All I got was a full set of acrylics and blocked out 3 hours for that but she couldn’t finish in time so I was late for my next appointment. The nail shape was AWFUL. The color was messy. I’m usually not picky with my nails like as long as the color looks smooth I’m ok but this was not even close. I had a literal nail scrap stuck to my thumb nail IN THE PAINT. I had to go to a real salon to get it fixed and they basically removed what I had and started from scratch because it was so bad. I’m not saying all their nail techs in training are bad but I’d stay away from Janna (I think that’s her name. A woman with koi fish tattoos) at all costs. I get it’s a school but you’d think they’d have a little more training before botching my nails THIS badly."

"I am Rican with very curly hair. This is the first cut I've had that I liked since leaving the East coast. My son's cut was awesome as well. I'm very happy with the results. My stylist was Chandler and my son's was Nikki. Plus in total it cost $18 bucks. Totally worth it!!"
