"Unfortunately, the lady doing my nails was on the phone the first 10+ minutes. She walked away to schedule leaving me to sit there waiting then sat down with me and called someone else and talked for a while before starting. She was friendly, but it wasn't a good experience. She almost cut my the tip of my thumb 3 times with scissors (I had to keep saying, no, no,no...) and if you look at the picture the french has chipped the day I got them, one of the nails was filed on the top (ring finger) and left discolored, and she drilled so deep on my nail bed if you look you'll see pink towards my cuticles and frankly, that's scary. I won't be going back to this salon."
