"Worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. I went in for a simple fade and the women botched it SO BADLY!! I had to shave my head because she was so bad. Talked to Nicole at the front desk and asked for a refund and she was SOOOOOO rude. She got snappy with me and gave me attitude because I was complaining. I was irrated but I was not rude or putting anyone down. I simpled voiced my displeasure with the haircut and she acted like I was being rude for asking to speak with the manager. She said she could not authorize a refund and when I asked when the manager was going to be in she either dodged my question or ignored me until after 3 times of asking her she told me the manager would be in this week. I told her I wanted to personally come in and talk with them and she never told me when they would be in. The women that cut my hair should not be cutting hair but she was more worthy of keeping her job than Nicole. Nicole was rude, unhelpful and treated me like garbage for being upset with the quality of product and service. I will be reporting her to their corporate and will never return to this place EVER AGAIN! So sad when people in customer service are so bad at working with customers."

"@Great Clips I would recommend anyone & everyone to book a haircut appointment on Friday's by the stylist 'Naomi'.I am originaly from Merced California so of course i needed a fresh taper,without any hesitation she knew exactly how to get the job done.She's super friendly and always ready on greeting clients once they step in the door. No more bad experiences at random hair salons. Her specialty is perfection when it comes to cutting hair. So please give her a chance at fixing your ugly hair.(Dont be such a karen)"

"I came in right when they opened. I had my long hair cut short in an a line cut. The lady was.really nice. And it only took 30 mins. Only $22 and she did a great job. I would recommend this salon for sure!"

"My fiance went to get a haircut here today 9/11/23. Asked for a v cut. And the person she got literally butchered her hair. This does not look like a v cut. Who are yall hiring that dont know how to cut hair... I personally have had horrible experience at one of these locations already. Look at the picture and yall tell me if this looks like a V cut.. she only went here, because she wanted a v cut. Now she gotta somewhere that actually has employees that know how to cut hair.. DO NOT GO TO GREAT CLIPS. THEY DONT GIVE A F...."
