"I have been a customer at Tiffany’s for well over a year. I usually get a fill with 2 stickers and a brow tint. Tiffany generally is really rough on me she has made my bleed on several occasions and often files the side of my finger repeatedly until it’s raw and incredibly painful. Regardless I always came back and gave her the benefit of the doubt because I have (bossy hands). My last 2 visits really got me thinking though. I generally give a very generous tip. Normally with all my services it adds up to about $75ish give or take depending on nail art etc. I always pay $100 flat rate which is usually about a $20+ dollar tip, there have even been occasions that I have paid $120 just to be generous. Someone had gifted me a $25 gift card for Tiffany’s for Christmas so I used it in January. With the gift card I paid a total of $105 for my usual fill, 2 stickers and a brow tint. Tiffany seemed unhappy with this like I should be paying more and like my tip wasn’t big enough. Then when I came for my regular fill and brow tint with 2 stickers in February I was informed the price for my services was $93 and that if I wanted tip it would be more. Mind you it took the nail tech 3 hours to do my fill. I wanted 2 stickers but they insisted I get my hearts hand painted and they wouldn’t even let me look at the stickers. I enjoy the finer details of the stickers and I am unhappy with the plain white heart. At this point I feel my generosity is being taken advantage of and now my tip has become part of the service fee. I check other salons in the area and $93 is outrageous comparatively. Even her price board says $45 for a fill and she she told me $25 for a brow tint plus add in 2 stickers. At this point I have had too many negative experiences and I won’t be be going back to Tiffany’s."
"I hadn’t had acrylics for over a year and decided to treat myself, unfortunately I regret my decision. I went in, bare nails and they took 2.5 hours to do a short set of nails. I asked for a simple red tip. The lady had her brother who was new do my set. She had to step in many times (between doing someone’s pedicure without handwashing) to fix his work. They then proceeded to try to cover their mediocre job with a “free” white line (they normally charge $10 for). I was cut so many times my hands are in pain. You can see from the photo that it’s not worth the $68 I was charged. I’m extremely disappointed. I won’t return and I suggest anyone who wants a decent set of nails to look elsewhere."
"Beautifule pedicure. Excellent massage chair that came with it. The option of 3 different service choices was excellent."
"I’ve had three bad experiences here. The first time I got a pedicure, the owner nicked my toes and filed them until they were bleeding. I gave it another shot and came back. The next time it was a great experience. I think Anne was her name? But I was expecting $45 (because it was shellac) and got charged $65. No idea why. This last time was it for me- the gentleman who was doing my manicure was clearly not trained. He took 80 minutes to do a basic shellac manicure, not including any massaging. I didn’t even have polish on before. He cut my left fingers 3x. He missed a ton on the sides. He had my hand under the light for 10 minutes at a time while he slapped on way too much nail polish for just two coats. This was for a special occasion, and I’m really sorry I gave this business a third chance."
"First time here. I’m from Ohio and I was visiting my daughter, she’s fairly new to the area. We wanted to pamper ourselves with pedicures so we did a google search and decided on Tiffanys. It was the best pedicure I’ve ever had!! Tiffany was my girl and she was so detailed, I’ve never had anyone take that much time to make sure all my callouses were smoothed away and cuticles were gone. We did the $55 pedi which included paraffin wax, hot stone, hot towel, a great massage, it was over an hour long which was amazing, I don’t like when I feel they rush through everything. She seems to take great pride in her work and she was very friendly. We also decided on gel polish which upped the service to $66. If you don’t want the up charge of the gel then make sure you ask if the polish you picked out is regular or gel. I will definitely come back here whenever I’m in town visiting."
