"Friendly staff. Decent prices. Sometimes you have to wait, but not for long."
"They were very nice, but the hair stylist started thinning my hair before asking me first. She said it „looked better“, but in my opinion, it does not. Always ask for permission before doing something to someone’s hair. I wear glasses, and had to take them off for the haircut, which is why I didn’t realize what she was doing sooner. She also chopped off a good three more inches than I had asked and gave me the weirdest layers I have ever seen."
"Fast and convenient, great haircut at a great price. I go there every six-eight weeks and have for years and years."
"I sadly have to share that my experience here was not a good one. Very nice staff, but the service on its own has been hard for me to deal with the past week. Now that the shock has subsided I feel I must share my outcome. My hair turned out nothing like the photo I originally showed. My highlights bleed out leaving large spots of blonde dye throughout my hair and the moment I walked out of the salon it looked like 2 months worth of grow out… the highlights on their own are super chunky which makes me look like I have a skunks fur on my head. My bangs were so badly chopped and sheared, it will take at least a month before I will wear them down again. I sadly can’t recommend this place given I can’t leave my house without a hat."
"Sadly, I won't be coming here again. It's in my neighborhood and thought I'd give it a try, and I had the worst experience. This place would benefit from a big enough, practical, waiting area for those waiting for hair service. Also, would benefit from partitions to section the service areas as opposed to an open concept. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. There were a handful of older, improper, men hanging out in the lobby hovering over and minding everyone else's business. I went there for nails, and one guy actually stole my chair specifically for nail service to sit on, and was confused when requested it back. He STILL sat in the nail service chair next to me. Furthermore, a different man literally came up to our nail service desk and attempted at a mediocre joke about he would do the nails on my other hand while the lady did my other. What? How is this appropriate? This is exactly what females DO NOT want to experience when we go to a "spa" like place. There was zero music, so it was just awkward silence between several men waiting for their hair cut, and the nail people, disturbed by the loud hair dryer sounds. People waiting need not to loiter in the service area next to patrons getting service done, when you don't know them. That is just uncomfortable. Back to the nails, this woman hurt me SEVERAL times, and finally I asked her to be gentle and she said "ohhh... You have sensitive skin." Again, inappropriate response. My nails look terrible. They are lumpy, uneven, and hardly have a shape. There's a hair in my nail that I asked twice for her to remove, but she didn't. So now I have hard lines under my polish that are visible. They look like press-on, and I'm disappointed every time I look at my hands. I'll likely redo them myself. Oh, icing on the cake... When I took out my debit card to pay, she said their credit card machine didn't work. Are you serious? Who on earth carries cash anymore. I had to go across the street inside duffys to use their atm and pull out double the amount of what I was paying for service. The ambiance and experience NEEDS to change, or this business will suffer. I'm very disappointed, especially since there's a boutique nail salon about 500 feet where I could have gone."
