"Amazing salon, I don't want to go anywhere else now! My dip manicure has lasted for nearly 6 weeks now with almost no lifting (and I don't take much care to protect them!). I have only lost a single gem, which is astounding as I usually assume they will fall off after 3 weeks at the most. Julia placed them perfectly. Extremely clean, friendly staff, cannot recommend highly enough. Edit to add second and third manicures: On the second, Julie used an airbrush to give me a perfect neon pink gel ombre, I was so pleased and highly recommend her. And on the third, Joey did an absolutely wonderful job, I think the chevrons look even better than the reference picture. Such sharp lines! I recommend her as well."

"I got a manicure and pedicure. I thought it would be fun to do a red for Valentine’s Day. Got the dip nails. The last dip nails I got here, lasted for 4 weeks. I like that they are open to designs and doing something new. The last time I did gold French tips. My nails are always dried and cured when I leave, so I never worry about smudges. It costs a little more but the dip nails are worth it. The gel pedicure colors are also worth the extra cost. Everyone is extremely nice. 10/10 would recommend"

"Unfortunately I had a really bad experience when I came in to get my nails done. They sat me in front of a nail tech who ignored me and was on her phone. I said hello and tried to get her attention. I finally did and I asked if she would be doing my nails and she laughed and said no. The gentleman who greeted us said no I would be doing them after I'm done with your friend. Weird but whatever. I wanted to get short stiletto nails that were black with a purple to green glitter. They said no problem. Shocking twist they did not have the glitter they said they had. I had to ask him to make my nails shorter three times. And all three times he barley cut the length back. He asked if the shape was ok. I said no I want them thinner and sharper. He barely spent any time shaping my nails. He gave me almond shaped nails. I kind of gave up at this point as he clearly was not paying attention to what I wanted or said. I felt very rushed while there. He also cut me and while filing my nails and the other technician who shaped my friends nails cut her on the nail file. They also used a used nail file on me and my friend which they put back in their kits. They state they never reuse boards on their website which they are totally lying about. My nails looked so bad. He didn't prep my nail beds before applying the acrylic so when he did shape them he ran over my cuticles with the drill and took off some of the acrylic which made a big gap. Making my nails look grown out. I did ask for a refund. After guilting me and complaining he did grant me a refund of which I still have not received. I have never had such a bad experience getting g my nails done and I will not be returning to this place. As soon as I get that refund I'm getting my nails completely redone. Btw these pictures are from the day I got my nails done. Edit: it took a long while and me calling them and getting hung up on but I finally got my refund. I highly advise staying away from this salon. Very rude attitude and unprofessional. Not to mention the terrible job they did on my nails and my friends. They even called me to tell me to take my review down."

"I went to Artistic Nails & Spa to get a full set for my upcoming wedding. I was nervous because I haven’t had acrylics in years. I read reviews and decided to take a chance. I’m so glad I did! Julie did an amazing job on my nails; she was gentle and efficient and they look exactly how I wanted them to! My fiancé loves them as well. I’m beyond pleased and will be returning.
