"First let me say I see two very lovely ladies here, one does my hair and the other my nails. Hali is the absolute best hairdresser I've had thus far. I have very curly hair and not many know how to "layer" curls. If you have them you know what I mean. She's done an excellent job in the last year I have been seeing her. I have also had the Brazilian Blow Out. Very expensive but worth every penny. My hair is so much softer and smooth compared to the dry, frizzy mess it was when I first came to see her. Elaine does my nails and she is fantastic. She always seems to know what I want even when I have a hard time articulating the look I am wanting. And the prices are great too! There's been a couple times I've had to move my appointment with both ladies and they've been more than accomodating. I would and have recommended their services. I called the owner to explain what happened and she showed no sympathy, over explained her business and how hair is done, admitted her website has not been updated in six years, and then asked if I had the hair dressers phone number. I was a first time customer. My family and a new hair dresser that will fix my hair all admit that it looks awful and I agree. Once again, if you want a balayage or want a business who is understanding towards what happened, go to another place."
