"2/28/24 I used to love coming here not anymore. My nails today were really rushed. Called complaining about pain in one nail asking to fix it. Was told I had to come in same night not tomorrow. Because everyone is booked. I was told to put Vaseline on it. Wait a few days to see if the pain goes away. I come in tonight, Then was told to see a dr about pain after coming in to get it looked at. I’ve been here before in the past never any issues but my thumb was painful. She filed it down. Was still painful. They didn’t wanna do anything else. Said they could remove it that’s about it. I just wanted it fixed. There was so many bubbles in my nails and my stuff is already chipping. I got nails, toes and eyebrows done today. I wasn’t asking for much other than help with this nail. Only to be let down. Sad because again I’ve been here many times. After this I won’t be coming back. Even another lady chimed in and told me I have a hang nail. And that it’s fine. They just seemed like they wanted to just brush this off and everything was fine. My other services I had done today was great no complaints on that. Just only my nails. 2/29 It is not nerve pain at all. If you’d like I’m happy to come in and show you the work personally. My nails are chipping already and it’s only been not even 24 hours. I’ve never had nails done this poorly. And I’m still having pain. The fact I was told to put Vaseline on it and see a dr baffles me. Again been here several times and haven’t had an issue before but instead of trying to make it right you guys want to defend things and deny things."

"I went to Vivid Nails for dip ombré done by Audrey. I absolutely love, love, love my nails. She spent time to carefully shape my nails, make the lengths the same and did a wonderful job on the ombré. I highly recommend her. The staff at this nail salon were friendly and it is very clean. I appreciate that they bring their tools still in the autoclave/sterilizer wrap and open it at the table. It is always reassuring to know they keep their tools sterilized and clean."
