"I made a pickup order and sent my husband to get it. They told him no one had grabbed the order so they had to go shop for it. Then came back and told him he needed to pay for it because the manager decided to cancel the order. And then proceeded to tell him that the online order was wrong and more than half of the items were unavailable. I spent 158$ that I now have to wait for it be refunded and then spent an additional 60$ to get the 3 items that were “available”. Do yourself a favor and go to a different ulta. There are zero organizational skills at this store."

"I was very annoyed by the security at this Ulta. I noticed her when I walked in. I smiled at her and she gave no expression back. So I began shopping. I noticed the security guard looking around corners and peeping over the tops of displays and watching me. She wasn't even trying to be discreet. I got so annoyed I decided to end my shopping and just check out. I was waiting in line and picked up something on a display by the check out. I set it back down and proceeded to the check stand. When I walked out I looked back in at the security guard and she rushed over to where I picked up the item to make sure it was still there. I was like. "B****,I just spent $250 and you're concerned about that trial size lotion for $9. Really?" I will not be recommending this Ulta. I wanted to sit in my car and stare at her till she got off work. Then run out and watch her go to her car like she was stealing it. But I didn't. I understand that shoplifting is bad right now. But it's pretty bad when security makes you feel like you're doing something wrong when all you're doing is shopping."

"I don’t do this often but I’m changing my review, due to the lack of willingness to assist customers at this specific location. During the 21 days of beauty I waited to order my favorite makeup products from the sale and even marked my calendar with the dates I wanted to place an order. I decided that I would pick up the products instead of getting them shipped to me, just because I couldn’t wait. I was involved in an accident the day after I placed my order and had so much work that I didn’t have time to go within 5 days, I arrived Friday on the 6th day. I had placed orders and pick them up right away in the past but this was a one time situation and if never crossed my mind that the order would be cancelled. When I got there the girl that greeted me was nice and told me it had been past the time for picking it up but she would ask her manager if they could help me, the manager came by and told me there was nothing to do but to purchase at the regular price. (The items were 50% off when I bought them) I called customer service and after waiting 40 mins the representative told me she couldn’t help me either, I asked where I could leave a review about the incident and was told that I would receive an email to leave a review but of course I never received that. Never doing in store pick ups, I’ll order delivery next time I need some makeup products. A one stop shop beauty store where everyone is nice and you can feel pretty with every purchase. I really do love Ulta but try to stay away, I do get a coupon sent often but it’s still not cheap to buy make up every week so I try to wait for one of my staples to run out before coming back. You’ll definitely find me there for Black Friday or for special days because they have great discounts."

"To start, I have been coming to this Ulta for several years now for regular hair services and have gone through three stylists who have all been nothing short of amazing. I'm a little surprised by some of the harsh reviews as that has not been my experience in most cases. They always greet you when you walk into the store and the atmosphere has always been very friendly and helpful. Very rarely have I ever gone into the store and thought it was messy. This place can get very busy so a little patience and a positive attitude goes a long way in my opinion for a much better experience."
