Despite being a loyal customer since their opening, I've experienced delays of 1 hour and 15 minutes, 45 minutes, 45 minutes, and another 30 minutes. Despite my understanding in various circumstances, the repeated lateness persists, met only with apologies and no genuine effort to address the problem. Despite substantial financial investments, there's a notable lack of commitment to honoring appointment times. Seeking a refund proves futile. For those with busy lives, I don't recommend booking here due to unpredictable service timing."

"I’m really happy with the results of my treatments and with the services of my aesthetic nurse. However, I am a firm believer of respect and punctuality. In my 8 sessions for my treatment, I was asked to move my time or date 6 times. And it is always the day before or day itself that this happens. When I booked my appointment after treatments—that is 6weeks prior to your next session, I respected the available date and time offered to me and I expect that it should be reciprocated. You offered those dates and time because it was available, I dont see the point that it has to be changed the day prior. I was flexible and understanding once or twice but if it keeps happening on every appointment—maybe you need to retrain your girls cause the occurence of “schedule conflict” happens frequently. This treatment requires follow up treatments and I was looking forward to try other services with Laseraway but because of this incidents, I’d rather bring my business where my time is respected. These treatments cost a lot and I dont appreciate the stress of scheduling my appointments which was made 6wks prior be changed everytime. I can show proof of messages and voicemail to prove these claims."

"Today was my first ever visit to Laseraway after answering to an ad on Facebook for a package deal on a pair of facials. I was a little hesitant when I arrived but once I walked in I felt extremely welcomed by the two girls at the front counter. They explained to me in detail what I was getting myself into and I felt like I could be myself and open with them. Which I don't usually feel immediately comfortable like I did here. Once I went over what facial I felt most comfortable doing for the first time, Amber was walked me throughthe procedure and she explained to me in detail step by step everything she was working on and with. I was able to talk with her about some of my skin history and she provided me with helpful information to onoliment me personally. Once the procedure was over, Amber provided Me with important aftercare instructions and talked me through what the next24 hours should look like, also recommending me an awesome facewash to purchase that i Love!!!. Once I was all set, I walked back to the front to schedule my next appointment. I almost had too much fun chatting with the girls at the front desk lol. Can't wait to go back!! My skin feels great already."
