"Whenever I need insurance this is where I go. Even when I no longer live in Roseburg. Just got insurance with them again and it seems to be about $20 more than I used to pay. But that was 10 years ago lol. What I know is this my rates always progressively go down here usually every month or at least two that go by they find me a better rate. And they take cash if your in the area."

Through lighthouse I was paying $174 per month Just for the heck of it I clicked on one of those online price quotes that pop up while using social media. When all was said and done, I walked away with a new policy through a different provider, with more coverage than I originally had for $90 cheaper.."

"I had great service and got a great price for my insurance in the beginning but after several years I had decided to shop around for a better price on insurance. I even called to the business and asked questions to have some ideas about insurance. Well that was a HUGE PROBLEM..I asked some quotes on some cars I was looking into getting the person at the office decided to take my car off the insurance I had. I was mortified by this because I had no idea until 2 weeks later what had happened! I was literately driving with no insurance all because the person took the car off and placed a totally different car that I did not own! I even tried to bring up what had happened to the management and was hung up twice and then put on hold for over 1/2 hr! I was done with this place and went to a completely different insurance company. I have no idea what happened to the employee who majorly screwed up on my coverage but I have never had this happen to me before. Due to this it could of cost me a ticket which could of cost me lots more money or even worse case situation if some one had a accident with me I just had to get with a insurance company that would not do this to me."
