"We just had a pizza and some wings at Proof Pizza and Biscuits in Beaverton. The location is at the new Breakside location in Beaverton. The pizza has a perfect thin, cracker-like crust. The sauce, cheese, and topping are excellent quality in the perfect proportions The wings were smoky and crispy with a delicious sauce. We had the mild, and will try the hot next time. (She said the hot isn't too hot!) Service was great, and wait time was short. The owners are very nice and take obvious pride in their product! Will be going here on a regular basis."
