"New employee is rude Response: Paul you clearly did not get the message from our conversation. Defending your employees rude behavior makes you rude as well. As one of your south eugene neighbors and someone who has purchased several bikes from you over the years, I am surprised and disappointed by your choices.I initially planned to remove this review after my point was made. That may no longer be the case. Bullying and discrimination have no place here. If you choose to defend employees who bully and discriminate against customers, your business will loose customers."

"I love this store! It has a very friendly atmosphere and there's a sense of community and solidarity as cyclists. The price of having your bike fixed is a great deal (they installed a new inner tube for me for $15 TOTAL, including the cost of the replacement). They also have some books on PNW cycling and a good selection of gear. Arriving By Bike is the go-to bike shop in Eugene! :)"
"I got a pair of new tires for my bike and had a great experience! The price for the tires was absolutely reasonable, the staff was super helpful in helping pick the right tires out and very accommodating in scheduling the service to replace the tires. Many thanks and highly recommended!"
"This is an amazing shop! The people inside are super friendly, knowledgeable and kind. You get all the service of a huge shop without any of the judgement or weird vibes. They still have great selection too. I am far from an expert when it comes to my daily commuter bike, and they have saved my bacon a few different times now. They are quick too. I swung by with a flat one day and needed to commute with that bike the next morning at 5am. In less than 20 minutes they had it changed out and had found the thorn that made the puncture - and this was like 30 minutes before they closed. From what I can tell, their prices are very competitive. They are so nice when you walk in, and it feels super genuine - which I really enjoy! They aren't trying to schmooze me, the just want to help me find what I need. Great shop! Great people! I don't need to look around. I found my go-to bike hub."
