"Very cool! Amazing social huh for Eugene with plenty of stores in a variety of price ranges and qualities. The food court is diverse with plenty of options, and many of the suites change every year or so. The surrounding area is pleasant, too, with easy access to the river bank bike path as well as a Barnes & Nobles, sit-down Starbucks, and Olive Garden across the street. Almost everywhere takes tap-to-pay, except Game Stop for some reason... ★★★★★"

"Very nice large mall, well laid out, with a large variety volume of different types of stores, restaurants, recreational activity stores, and entertainment like the Regal Cinema. Plenty of things for the whole family to love and enjoy to include a Round1 Bowling Alley-Gaming Arcade with Billiard Poo, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Hoops, and more!"
"I have not been here in a long while! However using the women's restroom I was so surprised to see it not being clean very well! Trash over full spilling paper towels everywhere! Please is nice but my goodness need to definitely take a look at maintenance! This place used to be so nice and clean years ago! Please please Valley River mall clean up your bathrooms!"
"This a thriving mall near downtown Eugene, with so many stores to choose from to shop at. On my most recent shopping experience, I was able to find parking easily, I felt safe shopping at this mall especially with the security presence visible and it was very clean. This mall has a unique layout to it, but still easy to navigate."
