It was like visiting with friends because they actually cared like I was more than just a patient. They were very kind about working me into their busy schedule and made me feel like a priority. Dr Melissa came up with a fair treatment plan for my situation and I'm looking forward to my next visits! I highly recommend these kind, amazing people."

"Very disappointed in miscommunication. Before my filling appointment I asked the nurse if she was also doing a filling where there is a chip. she said yes we are putting a filling there, so I assumed it was going to be done that same day. A couple days after I noticed they did not do the filling. When I reached out to the office to explain that I can still feel the chip the office manager told me no they worked on a different tooth and continued to repeated the same answer. When I told her I understood and I did not need her to repeat herself she told me if I was going to be a bully we could disconnect the call. I never said anything rude or raised my voice I just didn’t want to go in circles. I understand there can be miscommunications but to be called a bully for asking someone not to repeat themselves is rude."
