"The front desk lady named "Debbie" is really rude and unprofessional. My mom called to reschedule her appointment and Debbie told her she couldn't help her. My mom had her on speaker phone so I heard the whole conversation. My mom asked if the Spanish receptionist can call her back and I quote Debbie said "no " and hung up. That's not great customer service at all! I work with people that have intecutal disorders and when a family who doesn't speak English needs assistance I go out of my way to make sure they get their assistance they need. If it wasn't for this experience we would of rank this place higher but due to this experience I have to let people know."
