"Fun brewery in the Pearl District of Portland with a variety of options on tap, with curious flavor mixes and strong beers. It looks like a place the locals like to frequent as there were a few regulars watching the game. Didn’t order food as this was a post-dinner stop for us, but the beers were very curious. They had a creamsicle beer as weak as a s’mores beer. Both tasted as advertised, which again, was interesting. Cool spot and would come back to try other flavors down the line."
"Service was kind. Food was great. Beer was EXCELLENT. Recommend the sausage melt and the fiesta wrap BIG TIME. Also all of the stouts, the pecan pie porter, and the Comfy Womfy are killer beers…and I’ve drank a lot of craft beer."
"Nice atmosphere but the beer was not the best for my liking. The Stumbler tasted like a leather boot strap. We had to search with our forks for cheese on the nachos. The bartender was friendly."
"It's one of my favorite all time Breweries. The beers were awesome and got to have The Stumbler on draft. We got there just after they opened so we didn't have to wait for a table. Food and drinks came out quick. The food was delicious, and I recommend the smoked salmon nachos and the pastrami sandwich."
"Anyone with food, allergies beware. I ordered my food with no onions. The food took a long time. When it finally arrived, after a few bites, I realized they had put onions on my food. Our waiter, Mark, admitted the cook had put onions on my food. He said, “I told them not to put onions on your food. Do you want me to take it back?” After waiting all that time for my food, I decided to scrape the onions off. They give me indigestion and are irritating to my stomach. When I was paying for the check, I asked Mark if he had spoken to the chef about the onions. He said no. Before I leave a bad review, I always try to talk to the manager to sort things out. I spoke with Matt Mawhinney . He said, “I wish you would’ve told me before .” “ Well, you’ve already eaten your burger“ I informed him that I had taken pictures of the onions. I informed him that his waiter freely admitted there were onions on the burger. I explained I told the waiter. If he needed to know about substandard food experience, he should train his staff to get him if theirs a concern. He then said, and I can’t believe this, “Some of these weight staff have never waited on tables before. We just opened.” I asked the name of the general manager. He told me he was the general manager. My husband said “well that explains some things.” We walked off laughing."
