"John Nogueria has had my business since 2006-2007 and I trusted him with my car insurance, home owners insurance and an umbrella policy, but when it came to not renewing my car insurance & cancelling my policy, he couldn't be bothered to make a phone call to let me know. Instead he simply mailed a letter, non-certified, which I never received, so my car insurance lapsed without me even knowing that it had. The financial impact of trying to obtain car insurance after a policy has lapsed is tremendous. While proof of mailing is all that is required under the law, one would think a long time client with multiple policies would be treated better. Sadly, Mr. Nogueira and State Farm, are not good neighbors, they only want to take your money and don't want to ever have to pay out on insurance claims. This has been a completely horrible experience, especially after 10 years of being a client."
