"Went in a while ago wanting to get a battery for my truck but one of the employees there offered to diagnose the system first to make sure it was just a battery. April was very helpful and not only did she tell me it was just a bad alternator and the battery is fine she pointed out my worn out cracking belt that was still spinning my alternator despite its wear and suggested a replacement which she helped me purchase. On the topic of rubber components she even help me buy a new set of wiper blades as well saying my old ones were well due to be replaced. Great employee at this AutoZone and very helpful customer service. Thank you very much April!"
"Originally went to the competition down the street and wasn't greeted with so much as a head nod, so I left. Not so here. Very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Was only looking for a locking gas cap and not only did they take the time to help me find the right one, they tested it to make sure it worked and then walked me through the install and removal process as that particular cap is tricky. All three team members were full of good practical advice. And they had just cleaned the floor. The place was cleaner than some restaurants. Definitely recommend."
