"I recently purchased a set of watchmakers screwdrivers and a set of four loupes. These items are absolute junk. The lenses are made so badly that they are unusable and the tips on the screwdrivers are soft and machined incorrectly. Beware of the "Slotted Jewelers Screwdriver Set - 7pc - Premium". This item is from India and defective. Do not purchase the "4pc Plastic Eye Loupe Set". These are from China and are junk. Two mails were sent to these people regarding returning the items but I was ignored both times."

I do a little fabricating and I get myself into repairs and restorations that require special sanding, polishing, non abrasive, cleaning etc, and I was ordering online or buying at weld shop, big box stores. "I did not physically visit this store, but I ordered an article online that I could not find anywhere after checking all of the Hobby and Craft stores within a 30 mile radius of my home, as well as looking for it on Amazon. I just started a 6-week class and I needed this particular tool as soon as possible. Widget Supply is the only place I could find online that actually had this tool. They had several shipping options, but naturally I chose the least expensive which was first class mail. I emailed customer service and asked how long it would take to get here and they literally had my order shipped within a couple of hours of ordering it. The customer service rep I dealt with was named Leanne. Kudos to her for great customer service. The tool literally arrived in the mail two days later so I guess USPS had a little something to do with that as well. I am very impressed with this organization and will order from them again. If you are looking for some Gadget or tool that you can't find anywhere else this place probably has it."
