"I’ve been shopping here a while, as well as work in the mall. I have an account with them as well and had great experiences with the ex manager, Stacy. At one point, she asked me to work there. Now, there’s an older gentlemen who stared at me, followed me around and proceeded to act as if I were stealing. It was obvious that he was profiling my partner and I-after I found shoes I was made so uncomfortable I ended up just leaving. On the way out, he glared at us and continued to stare at our shoes acting as if we stole them-mind you mine are dirty, hence why I was there! The other employee stood in the aisle, that’s already too small and when asked to move, “excuse me I’m going to slide behind you!” (My exact words) she just sat there until I waited further-then was met with a glare and barely moved. I will not be back to this location. Which sucks because they have some cute shoes."

"Terrible customer service from the old white hair employee. How dare you follow me and my wife around the store the minute we walk in? That’s just blatant racism and stereotyping that i never thought i would witness. Are you scared about a brown man shopping at your store? And how dare you stare at our feet on the way out to? Can you be more obvious? You’re 70 years old and working at famous footwear get a life."

"The shoes are expensive. I saw some pairs i bought on Amazon a year ago for half the price they had them in store here. If you stick to clearance and use points you can get a price that doesn't make you balk too hard."

"This was a great experience! I was shopping for a teenage girl off an angel tree, so with limited info, the employee was really great at helping find suggestions and what he thought girls that age like. So kudos to the older employee for his help. I was able to get in and out quickly, with a smile!"
