"Nice store but being watched like a hawk doesn't scream spend money. Last few times I've taken my kiddo in only people in the store they are constantly watching you on and off camera"

"Since mid July things have improved all around at the store! Great friendly staff who are wanting to help you find what your looking for. Great large selection of games, puzzles and calendars. Toys for all ages and genders. Only things that are a negative are the stained carpet is out dated and pretty beat up and the lighting inside the store is dim. From the outside looking through the windows it's really dark and the store looks closed until you get to the front doors and see they are open."

"This store is horrible! Very very unfriendly staff! There to worried about sitting there looking on the there cameras through the store then making sure there customers are comfortable! Or asking the customers do you need some help! No welcoming at the store either...There is a guy that works there that has no customers service skills! I mean very rude no personality..This,store sucks! I would not recommend this store To anyone very sad that kids have to come into a store like this!! The rest of the mall is awesome very friendly people elsewhere...."
