"I like going here to buy jeans and shirts sometimes. They have good quality materials and good options to choose from. They have jewelry, cologne, men's, women, underwear, socks, accessories. They staff is usually very upbeat and helpful. Except they're usually naive young people."

"Mom and I drove from Depoe Bay, and wanted to go to Rue 21. Especially for this, we went to look at the opening hours in order to know when the store closes. It was written that the store is open until 7 pm. And that's when we arrived and went at that time it was 5:38 pm. We wanted to go but it was already closed! Then I checked the store's website and it also says that it is open until 7 pm."

"Stopped in here because I hadn't been in a Rue 21 in over a year. The clothes are ok I guess, but it's the service I dislike about these stores. Every I have ever purchased something from a Rue 21 (and this one was no different), I am asked to provide my e-mail, and every time I politely decline they make a point to keep asking. I was asked 3 times in this store and after the third time being denied she moved on to trying to get me to sample and buy the perfume, even though I told her I was not interested. Please train your employees not to heckle customers and to take no for an answer. If I want it, I'll buy it. And one small item being purchased shouldn't take 10 minutes to check out. I now dread going to these stores. Because Rue 21, your customer service SUCKS."
